Off-site Spooling & Dedicated Delivery

We complement this by providing off-site spooling of GRVE/GRP/FRP/GRE pipe systems to supplied isometric drawings. We offer dedicated delivery to the construction site using our own equipment, thus ensuring that the pipe is correctly packaged and handled right through to the onsite laydown area ready for site installation. This can help keep project costs down by reducing site labour. Derek Gee Installations can also offer competitive pricing on various scopes of work ranging from just completing site joining of client supplied pipe to off-site spooling and jointing and onsite installation. We can also supply complete pipe systems including PE or Bell and Spigot pipe, flanges, bends, reducers, blinds, tees and special fittings. (We also join and install HDPE, PVC, CPVC where required ensuring material interfaces are trouble free.)

Tailored Composites

Composites being composites they can be tailored exactly to your process and design criteria. We offer an external composites design service to develop a system that is 100% tailored to your needs. We can also manufacture small quantities of pipe and fittings to suit your specific needs.

Pressure Testing

Once the GRVE pipe (GRP, FRP, GRE, HDPE, PVC, UPVC) has been installed we can hydrostatic pressure test the lines to your projects testing standard, ensuring everything have been done to industry best practice.
