In 2007, Derek Gee Installations Pty Ltd was contracted on the New Gen Power Station located in Kwinana, Western Australia for the installation of Ameron bell and spigot piping for the heat exchanges.

The Kwinana power station is one of the most advanced and efficient intermediate load power station in Western Australia, and contributes to a reduction in greenhouse emissions and has best practice water efficiency.
